New York based, Madison Realty Capital, a real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce the funding of an $11,000,000 loan which will allow our Borrower to refinance and convert an eight story building in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood to condos. At the time of Funding, the building was 100% occupied and only needed minor upgrades and an approved condominium offering plan to qualify for individual condominium sales.
