New York based, Madison Realty Capital, a real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce the funding of a 1,933 square feet Manhattan construction site. Once completed, the property will include a nine-story luxury condominium building with seven apartment units, one grade retail unit and eight storage units located in the basement.
