New York based, Madison Realty Capital, a real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce the funding of a $6,000,000 loan for the refinance of a newly constructed five story, 19-tenant retail and office building. Madison’s flexibility allowed the borrower the ability to structure the deal in a manner that was more suited towards his needs versus a more rigid conventional loan.
