Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital provided $47 million in construction financing to an affiliate of Mission Properties for Ridge Road Townes, a 198-unit build-to-rent townhome community located about 20 minutes from Downtown Charlotte. The project will feature 50 two-story townhome buildings on a 22-acre site with amenities including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center and dog park, with vertical construction set to begin imminently after site work commenced in May.
