Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital provided a $121 million condominium inventory loan to Taurasi Group for South End Lofts, a newly completed 110-unit mixed-use development in Hoboken, N.J. The financing marks the second time MRC has backed the project, having previously provided $97 million in construction financing in 2024 for the 494,000-square-foot complex at 38 Jackson Street. The loan reflects MRC's full life-cycle lending approach, supporting a repeat borrower from construction through sellout.
