The recognition reflects Madison Realty Capital's continued expansion into large-scale, bank-competitive lending — spanning construction, transitional, and office-to-residential financing across some of the most complex transactions in the market. Highlighted deals include a $720M construction loan for the conversion of the former Pfizer headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, a $630M loan for a Bentley-branded condo tower on Sunny Isles Beach, and financing for luxury hospitality projects in West Palm Beach and Nashville.
