Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital and Cottonwood Group provided $211 million in construction financing to Somerset Development for LIDO Asbury Park, an eight-story, 112-unit luxury condominium at 1201 Ocean Avenue on the Asbury Park oceanfront. The project launched sales in July 2025 and is expected to deliver in 2028, featuring 50,000 square feet of amenities including a thermal spa, infinity pool, and a 27,000-square-foot landscaped sculpture park.
