Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital originated a $61 million bridge loan for Braddock Park West, a newly completed 135-unit multifamily property in North Bergen, N.J. The loan supports the lease-up of the 11-story building, which commenced pre-leasing in January 2026 and is already approximately 22 percent leased ahead of peak leasing season. Managing Principal and Co-Founder Josh Zegen cited the submarket's strong rental demand, limited new supply, and direct Manhattan connectivity as key drivers of MRC's conviction to move quickly on the deal.
